We have the right to change any Subscription Plan and/or edit them when necessary. We will give a minimum of 2 weeks notice to any change made within any of our websites.

Our Website may contain our service marks or trademarks as well as those of our affiliates or other companies, in the form of words, graphics, and logos. Your use of our Website does not constitute any right or license for you to use such service marks/trademarks, without the prior written permission of the corresponding service mark/trademark owner. General Terms
Our Legal Terms shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in London, United Kingdom, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of London, United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Any cause of action by you with respect to our Website, must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. Should any part of our Legal Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. Refunds and Cancellations
You can cancel Your own Subscriptions by logging into your members area and pressing the cancellation button located on the subscription page. This will cancel any recurring payments which are due. Your membership will still be active until the date shown on your subscription page within the members area. We have a very strict No Refunds Policy across our sites.
If we do not display a cancellation button, this would mean you are on a pay monthly plan where you manually pay when the payment is due and no recurring subscriptions are in place.
If we find your email address is invalid and not in use, we have the right to cancel any active subscription plans and to remove your account from our system.
If you report our services as Spam without speaking to us and asking us to remove you from our system we have the right to remove any active plans and remove your account from our system.
Offers
If we find anyone abusing our offers, which include free trials and lower priced subscription plans we will have the right to cancel your subscription without any refund. You will be notified using the email which you have used to subscribe with, and all recurring payments will be cancelled. This includes signing up numerous times using the same or different accounts linked to the same IP address, email address or name.
